OK, we're wa-a-a-ay overdue for a kitty adoption update. We're very proud to announce that we've had 32 cat adoptions from our store so far! The fuzzy polydactyl brothers Carl, Abe, and Bogey all found loving homes, as did our clownish tuxedo, Otis. Our sweet, jet-black girl Midnight was snatched up by a volunteer at Save the Pets. Orange-and-white O'Malley enjoyed the privilege of patrolling the store during his stay with us. He made a lot of human friends that way, and one longtime admirer fell in love with him and took him home. Our sweet and loving tuxedo called Boots found a great home with a couple of veteran cat owners; it was love at first sight for all of them when he climbed into their arms and started licking their chins! Finally, we're thrilled that our latest bonded littermates found forever homes together: Brothers Aaron (white and black patched) and Bosley (all black) will continue to play and cuddle together in their new home--when they're not too busy playing and cuddling with their new owners! Also, tuxedo siblings Dottie and Blaze found a great new family and a home with room for both of them. Of course, we miss all the great cats that we've sheltered, but the goal is to help them find forever homes with humans who will love them as much as we do. We LOVE hearing updates about them from their new families, and they all sound like they're doing great! Let's all continue to work together to help stop pet homelessness in our town.
On that note, we have some new cats who are looking for people to love. Come meet tuxedo Tom and his equally well-dressed sister Snip. They're 8 months old, vet checked, and ready to go. We also have pretty gray Misty; she's the mother of Dottie and Blaze, who were just adopted from us! Of course, she is now spayed and vaccinated, and she's looking for someone special to give her belly rubs.
